• ▸Provide truthful, accurate contact and project info
• ▸Do not use services for illegal or harmful purposes
• ▸Respect IP rights and third-party rights
• ▸Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• ▸Scope and deliverables defined explicitly in the contract
• ▸Payment terms depend on project size and complexity
• ▸Schedule may shift with complexity or scope changes
• ▸Client must promptly provide info and feedback
• ▸Major scope changes may affect timeline and cost

• ▸On completion, source code and IP transfer to client
• ▸We retain rights to general patterns and architectures
• ▸Third-party licenses must be followed separately
• ▸We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

• ▸We deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee zero defects
• ▸Not liable for indirect losses from using our services
• ▸Our total liability is capped at the contract value
• ▸Not liable for delays caused by force majeure

• ▸30 days of free bug fixes after delivery
• ▸Long-term maintenance contracts available
• ▸Urgent issues are prioritized
• ▸Support hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 GMT+8

• ▸Mutual termination by agreement
• ▸Breach of these terms by the client
• ▸Prolonged non-payment or default
• ▸Inability to continue for technical or legal reasons

• ▸Governed by laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan)
• ▸Disputes resolved in Taiwan courts
• ▸Invalidity of any clause does not affect others
• ▸We reserve the right to amend these terms anytime
