• •You must be 18+, or have legal guardian consent
• •Provide truthful, accurate contact and project info
• •Do not use services for illegal or harmful purposes
• •Respect IP rights and third-party rights
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• •Scope and deliverables defined explicitly in the contract
• •Payment terms depend on project size and complexity
• •Schedule may shift with complexity or scope changes
• •Client must promptly provide info and feedback
• •Major scope changes may affect timeline and cost

• •On completion, source code and IP transfer to client
• •We retain rights to general patterns and architectures
• •Third-party licenses must be followed separately
• •We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

• •We deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee zero defects
• •Not liable for indirect losses from using our services
• •Our total liability is capped at the contract value
• •Not liable for delays caused by force majeure

• •30 days of free bug fixes after delivery
• •Long-term maintenance contracts available
• •Urgent issues are prioritized
• •Support hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 GMT+8

• •Mutual termination by agreement
• •Breach of these terms by the client
• •Prolonged non-payment or default
• •Inability to continue for technical or legal reasons

• •Governed by laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan)
• •Disputes resolved in Taiwan courts
• •Invalidity of any clause does not affect others
• •We reserve the right to amend these terms anytime
