1. 資料存在哪裡 · Where Your Data Lives

你在 App 裡建立的所有內容 —— 貓咪名稱與照片、喝水與餵食紀錄、排泄與嘔吐紀錄（含照片）、 體重、健康事件與花費、血液檢驗報告照片與數值 —— 都儲存在你自己的 iPhone 本機資料庫，並透過 Apple 的 CloudKit 同步到你自己的 iCloud 私人資料庫。

這些資料受你的 Apple 帳號保護，開發者沒有任何存取管道，也沒有任何伺服器持有它們的副本。 你可以隨時在 iOS「設定 → Apple 帳號 → iCloud」管理或刪除，或直接刪除 App。

Everything you create in the App is stored on your own device and synced to your own private iCloud database via Apple CloudKit. It is protected by your Apple Account. The developer has no access path to it and operates no server that holds a copy.

2. 家人共編 · Family Sharing

你可以主動邀請家人共同記錄同一隻貓。這個功能使用 Apple 的 CKShare，資料仍然留在 iCloud， 只分享給你指定的 Apple 帳號。你可以隨時在 App 內取消分享。開發者同樣無法存取。

You may invite family members to co-edit a cat’s records. This uses Apple’s CKShare; the data stays in iCloud and is shared only with the Apple Accounts you choose. You can revoke sharing at any time. The developer still has no access.

3. 裝置權限 · Device Permissions

• 相機 —— 用於呼吸偵測：鏡頭對著貓咪胸口，影像完全在你的裝置上即時分析，不會被上傳或儲存，除非你自己按下錄影。
• 麥克風 —— 僅在你選擇錄影並開啟收音時使用， 錄下的影片存到你自己的相簿。
• 照片圖庫 —— 讓你挑選貓咪照片、為紀錄附照片， 以及把呼吸偵測的錄影存回相簿。
• 動作感測器（陀螺儀） —— 用來抵消手震，讓呼吸偵測更穩定。 資料只在偵測當下使用，不儲存也不傳出。
• 藍牙 —— 用於連線選配的智慧水碗（電子秤）， 只交換碗的重量、電量與時間。不涉及任何個人資料，也不會掃描或識別 其他人的裝置。

Camera frames for respiration detection are processed entirely on-device and never uploaded. Microphone is used only if you choose to record with audio. Motion data is used only for image stabilisation and is never stored. Bluetooth is used solely to talk to an optional smart water bowl and carries no personal data.

4. 選用的 AI 檢驗報告分析 · Optional AI Lab-Report Analysis

本 App 有一個預設關閉的功能：拍下獸醫的血液檢驗報告，由 AI 讀出數值並解釋。 這個功能需要你自行申請並填入 OpenRouter API Key 才會啟用。

啟用並使用時，該張報告的影像或從中擷取的數值會傳送到 OpenRouter，並由你所選的模型供應商（例如 Google Gemini）處理。這些第三方如何處理資料， 適用他們自己的隱私政策。

你的 API Key 儲存在 iOS Keychain，不會同步給開發者， 也不會傳送到 OpenRouter 以外的地方。不使用這個功能的話，本 App 不會發出任何網路請求 到 Apple iCloud 以外的服務。

An optional, off-by-default feature sends a photo of a veterinary lab report (or values extracted from it) to OpenRouter and the model provider you select, and requires you to supply your own OpenRouter API key. The key is stored in the iOS Keychain. If you never enable this feature, the App makes no network requests other than to Apple iCloud.

5. 我們不做的事 · What We Don’t Do

• 不建立帳號，也不要求你提供姓名、Email 或電話
• 沒有廣告、沒有第三方廣告 SDK
• 沒有分析或行為追蹤 SDK，不做跨 App 追蹤（不使用 IDFA）
• 不販售、不交換、不分享你的任何資料
• 開發者沒有任何伺服器持有你的資料

No accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no IDFA, no cross-app tracking, no selling or sharing of your data, and no developer-operated server holding your data.

6. 兒童 · Children

本 App 並非以兒童為對象，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. 醫療免責 · Not Veterinary Advice

本 App 是記錄與整理工具，呈現的數值、圖表與 AI 解讀不能取代獸醫診斷。 任何健康疑慮請諮詢執業獸醫師。

The App is a record-keeping tool. Its numbers, charts and AI interpretations are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis. Consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concern.
